Initial Scope Review
When a Homeowner first connects with us we like to sit down to understand the scope of work they are wanting to complete.
Based on the defined scope of work we will put together a preliminary construction budget. This can also be used to apply for any required construction financing.
Once all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement we can proceed with contract signing.
Review of drawings, schedule and any permit application requirements.
Execution of the scope of work.
Final Walk Through
Final walk with the Homeowner to ensure that we met or exceeded their expectations with the completed work.
1 -Year Warranty Review
Return prior to the 1-year warranty deadline to ensure everything is still in good order and/or to address any deficiencies.
