Initial Scope Review
When a Homeowner first connects with us we like to sit down to understand the scope of work they are wanting to complete.
Preliminary Budget
Based on the defined scope of work we will put together a preliminary construction budget. This can also be used to apply for any required construction financing.
Contract Execution
Once all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement we can proceed with contract signing.
Preconstruction
Review of drawings, schedule and any permit application requirements.
Construction
Execution of the scope of work.
Final Walk Through
Final walk with the Homeowner to ensure that we met or exceeded their expectations with the completed work.
1 -Year Warranty Review
Return prior to the 1-year warranty deadline to ensure everything is still in good order and/or to address any deficiencies.

Sebastian Spoke is a registered professional Engineer and a highly accomplished construction professional, boasting a 15-year tenure with one of Canada’s leading general contractors, PCL Construction.
Throughout his career, Sebastian has cultivated a deep expertise in residential development and construction, collaborating alongside his brothers on numerous projects in Vancouver and Toronto.
